Debit Cards Required Documents
AlertExchanger.com offers MasterCard ATM debit cards for e-currency users. The card can be funded using Alertpay, Liberty Reserve or Pecunix and can be used at any MasterCard ATM worldwide.
Documents Required
Both the following documents are required to activate your card.
- one scanned ID, passport, drivers licence or other identity document
- copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, telephone bill or bank, credit card statement, etc) showing your address
Instructions on how to send us these documents will also be e-mailed to you after ordering.
We can accept documents in English or Western European languages. Other non-Western scripts e.g. Russian, Arabic, Greek etc must be officially translated. Documents must be uploaded in either PDF (.pdf), GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg) formats only. File sizes must not be over 2 MB
